The Art of Living is a series of seminars on the art of creating a home where families thrive. The home is a place where one’s individuality is nurtured and loved, and where one learns to work and care for others. The home provides an environment where family members develop and mature humanly and spiritually.
The Art of Living combines classes, demonstrations and hands-on experiences, giving women the skills they need to care for their family with confidence and artistry.
The Art of Living mission is to promote the true value and dignity of the work in the home. In-person and in-home coaching and instruction help you provide gracious living in your home.
We are a cheerful marriage movement that offers reading groups to friends who support the historic understanding of marriage.
By bringing people face to face to engage in the art of conversation with others, we explore the various issues affecting the marriage culture in a calm, thoughtful setting, free from the hostilities often found in today’s public discourse. We are a forward-thinking and solutions-focused network of friends for marriage.
Rooted in natural law, social science and plain good sense, our reading groups provide you with support and instruction on the meaning and magnificence of marriage. We embrace universal reasons in order to speak effectively and lovingly to all, regardless of race or religion. Marriage is a gift of our common humanity.
A CanaVox group will be meeting at The Grove during the school year. Please check out the calendar on the Home page for meeting dates and times.
The Mission of Family Enrichment is to provide programs for couples geared to strengthening the family and supporting the husband and wife by fostering learning opportunities within an atmosphere of friendship.
Family Enrichment courses are built on the case-study method. Cases are drawn from rich, complex family situations that reveal the significance of productive relationships among family members.
Family Enrichment promotes a deeper understanding of the true nature of the institution of marriage, and the awareness of strengthening the marriage and family for the betterment of society.
Mornings or Evenings of Recollection are provided at times and locations listed below. Priests of Opus Dei give meditations based on scripture and provide the option of the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
Typically a talk is given on growing in virtue. Also, there will be Solemn Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. This time of prayer helps deepen the connection between life and faith in an atmosphere of quiet reflection.
